Job role:
-
Creating a reliable, innovative and responsible partnership with stakeholders (Ministry of Health, CNAS, National Medicines Agency, National Institute of Public Health, as well as other health authorities) based on projects of common interest in immunisation policy
-
Building an in-depth understanding of immunization policy and the healthcare environment and the needs of key actors
-
Identifying common interests between our Company and national health care authorities and relevant stakeholders, including patient groups
-
Building partnerships by developing value-added activities and multi-stakeholder projects
-
Definition and implementation of policy, access and communication plans to enable a prioritization of vaccination on public and governmental agenda

Provide strategic direction to vaccines CFT on objectives and priorities and development of integrated vaccine policy plans across the short-mid-long-term time horizons.

Continuous analysis of the evolution of the health system environment, especially the role, mission, priorities, needs and challenges of the Ministry of Health, CNAS, as well as other public health authorities and health organizations;

Conduct environmental scans and analyses of political dynamics and policy issues that can impact our company's vaccine business and public health objectives

Identifying key actors and their network. Constant feedback to internal partners and identification of common interests;

Creating and maintaining open lines of communication with national authorities in the health system and secure information exchange and constructive dialogue
Education Minimum Requirements:
-
Required: Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, or Political Economy or related field.

Preferred: Master's or Professional degree in Public Policy (MPP), Public Health (MPH or MSPH), Public Administration (MPA), or Economics, Political Science, or Political Economy (MA, MS)
Required Experience and Skills:
-
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in health policy. Vaccine policy experience is preferred.

Ability to manage competing priorities, often under time-sensitive environments, with effective project management skills.

High degree of ethics and ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally.

Fluent in Romanian and English, verbal and written.

Comfortable to work independently, but also with a strong team spirit

Extensive knowledge and interests in health and economics, with a comprehensive understanding of disease management solutions
