888sparkware is a software development center operating in Bucharest, Romania since 2013, developing products and solutions in the online entertainment domain. 888sparkware provides an end-to-end offering including an online platforms infrastructure, backend, back-office tools, payment processing, CRM, risk management, and multiple SW clients using various technologies such as HTML5, .Net/ C#, C++, etc. The current position is opened within the ePayments department, as part of the Quality Assurance team.Job Description:We are currently looking for a proactive and quality-oriented colleague, that will be part of the ePayments department team. Our main project - a payment system, is a web-based product which maintains a high availability secure system that handles all money transactions for our members and integrates with all relevant project within the company.The main responsibilities include:Design and execution of test plans and test cases against web and mobile applicationsCreating and maintaining test documentation and reporting the test progress and risks;Issues isolation, documentation, and reporting following company guidelines;Work together with Development and Automation teams for selecting the test cases to be used for regression, perform regression running, and results validation. Career web site: SparkwareJob Requirements:Familiar with software testing methodologies, processes, and tools (. Microsoft TFS ALM);2 - 3 years of experience in functional manual testing and in UI on the client-side;2 - 3 years of experience in testing web applications in a Windows OS environment or similar;Work with MS SQL, ability to create basic queries;Working experience with Agile/ Scrum methodology;Familiar with Web Services and Soap testing - an advantageFamiliar with debugging tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, Kibana/ Xpolog - an advantageFamiliar with multi-server environment maintenance - an advantageISTQB “Certified tester” certification - an advantageBasic knowledge in at least one of the following languages: C#, Java - an advantageFamiliarity using 3rd party automation tools like Selenium - an advantage.Skills:Quick learner and processes understandingAnalytic thinkingAble to work in a dynamic environmentSolving problems in complex environmentsWork with remote team membersExcellent communication skillsHigh-level English.
