Your main responsibilities will include: As a QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your primary responsibilities will include: Creating a testing strategy for test automationBuilding test framework and deciding on best practicesSupervising and mentoring your team of QA EngineersDeveloping and executing test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of our products.Identifying and documenting defects and working with our development team to resolve them.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.Continuously improving our QA processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for a person who has Extensive knowledge and experience in software quality assurance and automated testing.More than 4 years of experience in Test Automation and at least some experience in successfully leading a QA team.Good experience with test automation tools/frameworks. Knowledge of at least one of the next automation tools: Ghost Inspector, Robot Framework, Jenkins, Python, Selenium.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Test documentation and reporting skills. You will report testing results to project management.Understanding of various test processes and methods.Strong background in functional, non-functional, system, regression, acceptance, validation, load, and performance testing. In addition, in this role the Team leading capabilities are a key.
