This includes people management, resource, and budget planning, as well as the selection and recruitment of new employeesYou work closely together with the operative business units to understand running and new project situations, have a clear picture of the business, and address current and upcoming needs in the deliveryYou will be able to explain Concept Quality Reply’s portfolio and business model as part of the Reply group in the role of our representative in KatowiceQualificationsWe are looking forward to your successfully completed university studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable technical course of study5+ Years of experience in SW Products Development with familiarity with Testing/Validation methodologies and processes ant at least 2 years of People Management and leading teams & projectsYou have experience in Test Automation initiatives for both functional and non-functional testing (performance/load); tools like Selenium, Appium, UFT, Silk Test, Load Runner, Cucumber, SilkTest, Postman, Soap UI and with ALM, Test Management, and Defect Tracking toolsYou can simultaneously meet customer expectations and challenge your employees.
