Job Description: Role: QA & Testing Engineer, DB Global TechnologyTeam: Treasury TechnologyLocation: Bucharest, RomaniaWhat is your Mission?This position belongs to the Treasury IT, which is the largest and most established team in Bucharest. We build applications from scratch and work with the Bank’s top business Subject Matter Experts in London, Frankfurt and New York City.To meet the business requirements, you, as a QA & Testing Engineer, must ensure the right quality of the system develop.Your key responsibilitiesEnsures that testing activities are being conducted in accordance with the testing strategy and planParticipate in estimation of User Stories in Story pointsCreate, automate and execute test cases to cover all user stories acceptance criteriaParticipate and help in knowledge transfer sessions when necessaryDefect submission, monitoring and retestingCoordinate the preparation of test environmentsDefine and create all test data / test data generators needed for the testsMaintain regression test packProvide regular status reporting to project teamWhat you bring to the teamExperience in testing Big Data solutions in the banking industry or financial business areas.Good SQL knowledgeGood Scala or Java programming skillsExperience working in Agile teamsExperience in using Jira and HP ALM tools.Licence’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
