Quality Assurance Analyst in Bucuresti

You will work on the marketing websites used for B2C activity on equity and exotic derivative products issued by Societe Generale Investment Bank. The websites handle more than 250.000 products that are priced every second and each price tick is displayed in real-time on the website alongside with other information relevant about each product. In total, we manage > 10 websites for all the countries where these products are sold.Your Role in a Nutshell:QA Role Designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Equally competent in stand-alone solutions or in coordination with the other developers Analysis of complex error descriptions and their elimination Documentation of incidents and their solutions Monitoring and adjustment of interfaces and services RM RoleReleases Coordinations for UAT and PROD environments Define plannings Derogations management Pre-requisites and norms/standards (CMRM) checks Steering (follow-up and reporting), prior, during and after deliveries Service quality indicators follow-up and maintenance (Performance, margins…) Participate in the definition and evolution of processes Release/Change Management. Problem/Incident Management. Quality Management Be proactive on continuous improvement As required, you may be in contact with the following teams EXO IT teams onshore and offshore (Paris/Bucharest/Bangalore/Hong Kong) Sponsor and users (Front-Office, Middle-Office, Back-Office) Infrastructure teams The candidate: Must be able to hold meetings independently, he is aware of organizational tools, understands the need to prioritize and the importance of following actions and informing on deadlines Organizes the planning of his own work, prioritizes and sets deadlines Works with Continuous Delivery and Agile methodologies Participate to the non-business hours needs (DR, Infrastructure Week End, Production constraints)
