About the role As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements. What you will be doing · Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function,· Manages and/or participates in overall test process,· Monitors applicable business unit work to ensure consistency and compliance with standard processes,· Contributes to the tactical and strategic planning for future quality programs,· Stays current with process-related industry standards,· Communicates quality information throughout the organization,· Supports development and delivery of training in quality matters,· Leads and mentors quality assurance team members.
