Responsibilities As soon as a defect is detected, sets up in PLM system the Defect Issue and start to manage the solving with metafunctionsEnsure that the solution is found with a shorter delay as possible (10 days for conformity issues, 28 days for design issues) Leads, according to the project rules, the identification of a containment and ensure its implementation Ensures the convergence by monitoring indicators, this convergence has to be compatible with the planning of the project. Deliver weekly KPI on number of issues (total), number of closed issues, number of issues with solutionEscalation to quality manager in case of major delay in the process. Qualifications General automotive knowledge (design and manufacturing)Language: English fluent levelAnalysis et synthesisMeeting organisation and follow upMS Office Tools.
