This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international and fast growing environment, reporting directly to Quality Site Responsible. Mission: Responsible for conducting the initial incident reports, organizing the initial precautionary measures, ensuring the follow up of action plans in place and contributing to the resolution of various customer quality issues Job’s responsibilities: Understand and follow customer requirements related to process validation in plant in order to assure part conformity Support the wiring analysis activities for the PPAP package and analyze the customer feedback Update the LQTS for each complaint received according to Lear procedures At least weekly update of the inter Lear 8D management file Respond in the client's portal for complaints received by the factory or for specific cases, sends the information by e-mail Update Lear database of internal and external quality indicators Manage warranty activities by answering to customer complaints Elaborate internal quality alerts, as a result of incidents, complaints and / or incidents received from residents and / or clients Access daily the client portal in order to monitor and communicate the factory performance to the management and to all employees by displaying them in the War Room Improve IPPM data collection and achieve the target Achieve customer/product PPMs Maintain QMS (Quality Management System) according to IATF rules Follow-up of 8D reports Required skills: A track record of success working in international automotive companies is ideal. It’s a must to have at least minimum of 3 years experience in automotive industry (quality area). It goes without saying that you should have capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals, synthesis and decision. Ideally you’ll have a Technical bachelor degree and knowledge of: English language advanced level (both written and spoken) German language medium level (both written and spoken) Experience in wire harnesses business VDA, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
