Preparation, execution and reporting of the process audits. Contributing to implementation and maintaining ISO standards (ISO , ISO , ISO , IATF) Coordinates the external certifications, recertification, and surveillance audits. Document control and data base management of internal procedures and work instructions Coordinates and communication with internal and external clients and suppliers Implements the quality control plan for each product according to specific standards. Performs data analysis and route cause analysis using Quality core tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA and other statistics) You will be involved in deployment and implementation of quality projects in the plant About You Essential skills & competencies You hold a university degree Engineering (mechanical or chemical or materials engineering Relevant work experience in industrial environment Knowledge and experience in working with quality tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA) Exposure and understanding of lean manufacturing concepts such (process flow, Kanban creation, error proofing, kaizen events, etc.) You have a good knowledge of English & Romanian Strong computer literacy (spreadsheet skills with the ability to perform complex statistics) Self-dependent, structured, analytical, and assertive Will you dare to take the next step?
