Job Description QuEST Global is a global market leader in diversified engineering solutions and one of the global, reliable and long-term partners of numerous companies in the field of Transportation, Aerospace & Defense, Aero Engines, Industrial & Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas and Power. SHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US We offer you a motivating environment with exciting projects and would appreciate to welcome you in our team as a Quality Engineer / Lead System DesignerAs Quality Engineer / Lead System Designer, you will be responsible for working with multiple teams across the board to ensure compliance of our healthcare software products with the requirements of the Quality Management System.Responsibilities:Own change requests for our products and ensure their correctness and completeness including classification in improvements or defectsReview product defects with experts from Quality to confirm their documentation is fulfilling to the quality requirementsEvaluate support requests together with experts from Service to identify and organize required help from Engineering Plan resolution of product defects for future product versions based on the assessment with Quality and Service Analyze and rationalize acceptance of known defect before the release of new product versionsPerform root cause analysis of high impact defects and organize respective corrective and preventive actions with experts in EngineeringCreate and maintain Essential Requirements/Principles for European Union, Canada, Australia and other countriesQualifications:Technical or commercial degree or a corresponding apprenticeship with initial work experienceProven track record for accuracy, ownership, teamwork and pragmatismStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProven experience and focus on continuous improvements with strong focus on customer satisfaction and business continuityIdeally background in project management of medical product, work with change management systems like JIRA and maintenance of product documentation in document management systemsFluent spoken and written communication skills in English and ability to work in international multidisciplinary teamsOur benefits:Powerful teams, open and friendly working atmosphere as well as flat hierarchies Exciting projects at a high technological level Flexible working hours / WFH (remote)Further training and development opportunities
