Quality Management Systems Analyst in Oradea

Purpose Statement: Responsible for assuring all customer and company quality expectations are being satisfied at all manufacturing and inspection process steps and identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities.Key Job Accountabilities:Perform internal audits as per site audit schedule.Support CAPA management at site level.Ensure ESD compliance with Plexus procedures. Support QMS engineer with tasks related to QMS.Lead Quality Plan Implementation.Support CRG Functions.Support NCM.Lead PCB Repair (Outsourcing/Tech Assessment).Support Failure Analysis.Support Process Qualification/Validation (Test/Equipment)Support Quality System/MES.Lead implementation of data collection tools.Lead Compliance of Assembly Build Instructions to SOP, Work Instructions.Additional Accountabilities:Support Customer Quality Issues.Support CAR Process.Support Quality Metrics.Lead in development and providing direction of quality inspectors.Lead the identification of manufacturing and quality issues effecting product quality.Support FMEA, DOE and control plans to prevent product defects.Lead product containment for discrepant material.Support the verification of the first board to the certified sample for NPI.Manage corrective actions for certified samples.Lead validation of the solder quality for the first board on an NPI build.Lead assembly product containment.Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health.Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required.Three (3) years of related experience is required.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications: Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must possess excellent communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.Employee must work safely at all times and maintain the confidentiality of all customer and company information.Work Environment:The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
