Quality Specialist - ISO Lead Auditor Certification, ITIL Process Fully remote long term contract/freelance opportunity for a Quality Specialist to join our leading European Public sector client on a revolutionary IT Transformation programme. The role of the Quality Specialist will be split into a few key areas: To put together Test plans & Documentation. Review these and submit final editions to the end customer for their feedback. Follow up in change management activities Perform Quality compliance of the other sub-contractor/consultancy companies documents - ensuring they meet ISO Standards and are aligned to the required methodologies (PMP/Agile) Support in Audits (Need to be ISO Lead Auditor Certified) The essential technical requirements for this role are: having someone ISO Lead Auditor certified and someone that knows ITIL processes. We also need someone who is very detail orientated, an analytical thinker, and someone who is resilient and can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
