To support our activities and optimize the Contract Department, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor . Responsibilities: Calculating quantities needed for preparing the Interim Situation of works. Assessing and requesting payments from the client: measuring and evaluating completed work on-site, preparing provisional valuations, and submitting payment requests to the client. Managing changes: evaluating and managing any variations or modifications within the project, providing timely evaluations for client claims. Contract administration: overseeing contract management, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and that any disputes are resolved efficiently and promptly. Preparing the final account: drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the project accounts and the financial closure of the project. Reporting: conducting cost-revenue analyses and forecasts for project managers and other stakeholders. Preparing monthly progress reports.
