Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.We are inviting applications for the role of Quote Specialist – Senior Process Associate – Spanish – On Site BucharestIn this role, you will be responsible for Drive Continuous Improvement and develop a strategy for team to reach organization goal. Responsibilities • Based on your active queue or requests, prepare quotes for software reselling partners• Manage agreements efficiently and accurately from start to finish including logging and updating the contract management system.• Be the product/solution expert that can guide internal groups and external resellers towards the most relevant products based on the needs of the end-customer• Though not a Sales role, the quote specialist should be able to identify upsell/cross-sell products as well as any special bundles or pricing that could be applicable• Work with resellers of varying sizes and across various countries to complete quotes in accordance with the end-customer needs• Identify, interpret, and select Terms & Conditions based on pre-defined criteria and work with legal teams as needed or for any approval escalations• Review and complete action items on internal dashboard in a timely manner.Qualifications we seek in you:Minimum qualifications • Years of experience working in SaaS/Software industry configuring, pricing, quoting (CPQ) is a plus• Attention to detail required.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Comfortable interacting with all levels of a professional organization.• Outstanding interpersonal skills, customer service, and communication (in person, over the phone, and through electronic communications and social media)• Must thrive in an environment of measurable performance management.• Strong ability to navigate multiple software platforms.• Strong time management and organizational skills.• Strong self-starter with the desire and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Preferred qualifications • Any Graduate • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint • Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak) • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate verbally and through emails/Phones with businesses • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders What can we offer? • Attractive salary. • Stable job offers - employment contract. • Work in a multicultural environment; • Various training courses (initiating, soft skills). • Possibility of development; • Benefits (Meal Tickets, Medical Services, Insurance, additional vacation days, partner discounts)
