Set up and perform functional and endurance tests.
This includes preparation of samples, equipments. Set up the digital program sequences in the control hardware;

Create programs/scripts in DIAdem and Simatic S7 suite for new requirements.

Document test results and test procedures using MS Office tools.
Forward or save test results as directed by testing order;

Analyze results as directed by testing order, preparation of test reports ;

Organize storage and records of tests samples;

Assist / design of test fixtures and buildup of test samples;

Maintain equipment in good working condition and cosmetic appearance;
Be capable of light repair for minor problems in pneumatic, electronic or mechanical systems;

Define new test procedures as required working with Technical Project Leaders and representatives of other departments or customers.

QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of test equipment, familiar with Data Acquisition Systems;

Advanced/Good knowledge of Object-oriented Programming (POO) and Assembly Programing,
Main focus on DIAdem (working with DAC and Script functions) and Simatic Step7 (configure/change the blocks and projects);

Basic knowledge in products and manufacturing processes;

Basic knowledge in pneumatics and electronics;

Basic English language skills;

Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office experience;

Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques;
