Coordinates the professional activities of the team members and allocate resources in order to ensure quality results in line with the department‘s strategy.
  • Is recognized in the team as a specialist in his area and tracks, monitors, evaluates the performance of his team members.
  • Develops technical solutions in his area of responsibility.
  • People development and performance management: is responsible to ensure that employee’s technical and social skills are at the level required by the job; motivates and performs periodical evaluation for all direct reports.
  • Coaching and mentoring: technical coaching of team members in order to obtain expected project results.
  • Communication: ensure cross-functional communication / cooperation in order to improve information flow inside the team and with the business partners.

  • University Degree (i.e. Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Informatics);
  • Proficiency level in English;
  • Communication skills, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Initiative;
  • Self Determination, Coaching, Teamwork;
  • Visionary thinking with regards to cross technology testing (a Guide towards Automated Driving);
  • Be able to provide technical + soft skills coaching for team members, when necessary, in order to obtain expected project results.

    Desirable Skills/Qualifications
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and synthesize solution;
  • International exposure (working in international team/ projects);
  • Responsible to provide/ approve work packages estimations based on experience and a strong overview;
  • Be able to provide technical + soft skills coaching for team members, when necessary, in order to obtain expected project results;
  • Be able to ensure cross-functional communication/cooperation in order to improve information flow inside the team;
  • Knowledge of existing ADAS technologies and their working principle.
