QualificationsEssential Skills/QualificationsUniversity degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics) or relevant professional experience Knowledge of development process and methodology and SW development process Knowlenge of quality methods and techniques (e.g. moderation, problem solving, audits) Knowledge of ASPICE standard or similar (e.g CMMI) Basic knowlenge of programming langueges (e.g C, C++) Knowlenge of project management menhodologies would be a plus Training, moderation and presentationm skills are required Good English level (write, read)Desirable Skills/Qualifications Knowledge and experience with quality standards (ISO 9000, SPICE) Previous knowledge in R&D (e.g. automotive SW development) Proactive and collaborative attitude; Planning and organization skills.Continental Romania:In the time frame 1999 - 2019, Continental invested about € 1.8 billion in its Romanian operations.
