(https://youtu.be/na9HQYdkRUE) Assure the quality of the work products and processes in a project. Creation and maintenance of the quality management related work products (e.g. Quality Plan). Definition of quality targets and planning of quality assurance measures based on internal and customer requirements. Controlling and reviewing the project specific quality actions according Quality Plan. Pursuing that the required methods are implemented as defined in the Project Plan / Quality Plan. Initiation and tracking of corrective actions in case of process deviations with escalation if applicable. Agreement to process deviations when defined and documented in the project plan. Perform release audits and provide a recommendation for designated process areas. Coordination with New Product Launch Manager and plant quality management. Support Customer Management and Production Part Approval Process. Coaching of the project team regarding quality issues and processes. Elicitation of quality-related requirements during quotes and acquisitions.
