Together, we shape .Location: Bucharest-On-site -Afi park 5 et 1.Work model:daily at the office: 9-18.00Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Facilities: You organize and develop arrangements of space and workspace +delegations, access to facility, office tour. You build and maintain a privileged relationship with the property management company nominated by the landlord. You ensure Reception of visitors. You collaborate with the cleaning service provider to ensure the premises meet the company’s standards.Safety and Security: You are the contact person for all matters of physical security, cooperating with the supervision of the Regional Head of Physical Security in this regard.
