A Taste of What Youll Be DoingWork with Local Payroll Providers:Work with local payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll actuals and accruals, while resolving queries promptly through HR Shared Services (HRSS).Payroll Balance Sheet Management:Prepare and review payroll balance sheet accounts within deadlines. Reconcile payroll Profit & Loss (P&L), PAYE (Pay As You Earn) and local tax returns.Management Reporting and Query Resolution:Issue management reports to local market finance and cost center contacts, and follow up on queries.Pension Balances Allocation: Prepare the allocation of pension balances based on based on provided data.Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Control Issues:Maintain accounting records through monthly balance sheet reconciliation and participate in Quality Reconciliation Review to minimize control issues.
