Tasks Full 180-Degree Recruitment : Manage the complete recruitment process from the candidate side, including sourcing, interviewing, and successfully placing top talent. Build Relationships : Foster long-term connections with candidates in the IT and management sectors. Requirements Proven Experience : A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT or management, with experience in the Swiss market being a plus. Working fully remotely, you take full ownership of your responsibilities, managing your tasks with discipline, autonomy, and a constant focus on delivering results.
