Recruiting and Employer Branding Internship in Sibiu

We are looking for a Recruiting and Employer Branding Internship based in Sibiu who is ready to become a member of our electrifying journey. You will be responsible for supporting the local execution of the country Employer Branding Strategy in collaboration with the Head of Employer Branding & Recruiting Romania, the Employer Branding Specialists and the Talent Acquisition team. Your main responsibilities will be to: Support the definition of an annual calendar for our location Sibiu of external talent acquisition events and campaigns (including job fairs and social media campaigns) and internal engagement events and campaigns with the aim of positioning the company as attractive employer of choice (internally and externally). Ensure implementation of recruiting and employer branding events in Sibiu. Closely cooperating with the country recruiting and employer branding team, as well as the communications team. Support the location management, but also the Talent Acquisition and the university realtions teams to ensure employer branding measures are defined and executed for all target groups in the location Sibiu. Support partnerships with schools, universities and other cooperation partners in Sibiu. Support maintenance and improvement of career site and HR Intranet page content.
