Responsibilities • Understanding the business needs and mapping them to the skills within the Market; • Conducting external searches through networking, social media, job boards and strategic sourcing; • Identifying suitable candidates and inform them about our career opportunities; • Managing the entire recruiting process (sourcing, CV screening, interviews, assessment, offers, feedback sessions etc.); • Optimizing the candidate’s experience by guiding them through Endava hiring process and connecting them to the Endava culture; • Generate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; • Responsible for data management within the Applicant Tracking System; • As an active key role in the company's development, you will also be involved in creating different strategies and organizing different events in order to facilitate the company’s growth goals. Qualifications and Experience • 3+ years recruiting experience within an IT company; • Excellent networking and communication skills; • Working experience within a fast-paced environment; • Strong English skills (both speaking and writing); • Teamwork – always ready to help your team if needed; • Focus on delivery, problem solver and results oriented; • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or other related field is a plus.
