MissionOur desktop publishers use computer software to design page layouts for technical manuals, catalogues, brochures, and other items that are printed or put online. They collect the text, graphics, and other materials they will need and format them into a finished product. Activities Publish the documents on Wamgroup's portal and website Archiving and organizing source files of all documents created Organize and edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations Finalize formatted documents for printing or electronic publication Check proofs, or preliminary layouts, for errors and make corrections Correcting spelling, punctuation, and grammar using automated functions of the software Send final files to a commercial printer or print the documents on a high-resolution digital format Gather existing materials or work with designers and authors to create new technical documentation Required experience At least two years on a similar position Required skills InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Adobe Acrobat Microsoft Office AutoCAD it’s a plus Team working mindset Good problem-solving attitude Customer-oriented and cool-tempered Openness to learning new technologies High ethical standards, honesty and integrity Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities PerspectivesWorking in a multi-national environment with experts and professionals in the filed on long term, large projects involving multiple teams.Becoming part of a team which has always supported and helped each other, exchanging experience and knowledge.Also, we like to smile.Wanna be one of us?
