You will join the Customer Supply Chain Organization, composed of Supply Chain professionals providing total operational support to NXP customers and internal stakeholders like Sales, Manufacturing Planners, Product Lines, Logistics…etc, from order intake to on-time supply delivery. This is a strategic division of NXP to maximize revenues and achieve customer satisfaction.
In this regional CSC Specialist role, You will support several Automotive Customers and work closely with the Global CSC Specialist in charge of the Customers.
Your responsibilities:
- You will own a fulfilment region and/or a portfolio of products, depending on the current needs.
- You will engage with Customers closely, coordinating NXP team efforts and being the escalation path during supply crisis. You will lead escalation resolution with all relevant organizations internally, frame the situation to NXP’s benefit, manage communication in a highly professional way.
- You will contribute to quarterly revenue maximization, understanding Sales targets, identifying opportunities and risks to existing business and tracking gap closures in full compliance with NXP terms and conditions.

You will drive continuous improvement at the Customers, aligning NXP and Customer supply chain strategy for mutual benefits

You will drive continuous improvement within NXP, focusing on process simplification and leading additional side projects
The key success factor is your ability to join an existing team of Supply Chain professionals, quickly become the trusted advisor of your Customers, and demonstrate flexibility to achieve the company goals.
Requirements

5 to 10 years+ of experience in a similar role

Fluent (written and verbal) in English

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
