What you’ll do:Actively search candidates in the market using various searching methods and tools, inhouse database searching, managing Refer A Friend schemes and reaching out to training organizations and colleges and universitiesWork close with stakeholders to fully understand requirements to enable you to promote the role to candidates with confidenceWork close with your Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a smooth and professional process at all timesBuild candidate pipelines across EMEA on specific functional profiles (Account Executives, PresSales Advisors, Analytics consultants, …) Build strong relationships with all areas of the business to ensure a strong process and promotion of brandWhat we’re looking forYou can communicate fluently (both written & verbal) in English It is a benefit to have had at least 6 months internship or work experience in a high-volume recruitment setting, either inhouse or agencyIdeally you will have some experience or knowledge of customer service and sales telephone based rolesExcellent attention to dealExcellent communication skills, both written & verbalHighly organized and strong time management skills is a mustSelf-motivated and enthusiastic You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
