Precision Tool Grinding Technician (gn)#joinoerlikon – as Precision tool grinding technician (gn) in Pitesti (RO) In this role, you will have operational responsibility for the grinding processes at our Romanian Production site in Pitesti. Your responsibilities Dressing of grinding wheels Coordinate order management (spare parts, operating supplies, …) Maintenance on grinding machines according to the maintenance plan Setting corrective actions while grinding processes Creating grinding programs Maintaining regrinding and maintenance records Edge preparation on tools Continuous improvement of work processes and written documentation of the capacity utilization of the „grinding machines Tool measurement (manual and CNC) Post processing on grinded tools Regrinding the tools on the manual grinding machine and in accordance with the grinding program Work in shift operation Your profile Work experience in mechanical engineering or other technical fields Knowledge in Regrinding Operations and experience in an international industrial environment Good knowledge of English desired Good analytical skills and structured way of working High level of communication skills and highly self-motivated and resilient, authentic, service-oriented and hands-on personality Can you identify with this position and are you looking for a new challenge?
