Key Responsibilities:• Coordinates product launches and releases across IT teams (from the IT readiness gate to launch), in collaboration with the Digital Product Architect.• Develops an overall release plan, in collaboration with various IT teams, ensuring the dependencies are known and accounted for.• Oversees the implementation of the release plan, working with the various IT teams to ensure a successful implementation.• Ensures that the requirements of one IT team are clear to the other.• Reports on the status of the IT work to the heads of the various teams, as well as the overall project manager for the product launch, communicating risks and decisions needed.Qualifications:• Min 5 years’ professional experience• Technical degree (computer engineering)• Strong understanding of digital product management, software design and development.
