Your day to day: The Vodafone Business Platforms & Solutions organisation is primarily focused on designing and delivering high quality products and customer solutions.Within this organisation, the Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible facilitating and guiding the work of the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensuring that the ART delivers on its commitments.As the Release Train Engineer, you are also responsible for:Providing input and expertise to planning documents where required including but not limited to ELJ, Solution Context etc.Attending Planning meetings Portfolio Planning sessions as required to provide expertiseAccountable for the end to end delivery of all Features assigned into the release train – covering budget management, technology and business deliverablesAccountable for ensuring all agile ceremonies (stand-up’s, retrospectives etc..) are strictly adhered to by the Release Train TeamCommunicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement within the release trainKey advocate and change agent for driving the agile ways of working ethosWith these skills you are a great candidate: Strong experience working within a SAFe/agile environment, preferably as a RTE or SMExperience facilitating large planning events (PI) by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, BacklogsExperience of coaching leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mind-setsStrong experience in agile project management including bi-model environmentsJira and ConfluenceSounds like the perfect job?
