As a Release Train Engineer, you will support teams within an Agile Release Train in their delivery performance improvements. You will be part of the team leading our Agile Release Trains in their continuous improvement. What You Will Do support teams as their Release Train Engineercoach individuals and teams and help them to apply agile principles and practices facilitate continuous improvement at all levels of the organizationteach Agile practices and principlesremove roadblocks that can impede progress What You Bring you are a SAFe certified Release Train Engineer, have profound know-how in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban…), lean practicesyou are pragmatic, not dogmatic.
