Remote Python Developer in Bucuresti

We are looking for a Full-stack Python Developer with focus on the back - end to join our team. This is a full-time position in a Romanian EdTech start-up which aims to make the adoption of online learning easier. We are looking for someone who has the drive to constantly learn new things, as there are many opportunities to do so in our company. Tasks Being part of an Agile team and actively contributing to each iteration Developing, maintaining, and testing new features ​Fixing bugs and improving existing featuresInteracting closely with other team members (either fellow developers or product owners; no external clients) Requirements Minimum 2 years of web development in Python, as well as a Python framework(Django preferred). Good knowledge of relational databases and object-relational mapping (ORM). Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS / SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap. Hands-on experience with version control (ideally Git). Comfortable working with the Linux command line. Nice to have skills: Some experience with Python task runners such as Celery would be a big plusKnowledge of security best practices for web applications Django REST framework experience Non-Technical Skills: Self-motivated, team player and interested in learning.
