We are #peopleofcontinentalsibiu:Click here to watch our location movie!Apply until data: Check out your future responsibilities below Leading, mentoring and synchronizing Value Responsibles; Responsible of content authority for the delivery of the Agile Release Train ART (Program) and in this regard, is the owner of the respective Program Backlog; Ensure that backlog items, provided by other stakeholders, are being refined until they fulfill the Definition of Ready criteria; Manages and breaks down the complexity of the product developed by the whole Agile Release Train, approves the incremental deliveries and releases a system delivery on-demand; Interface on Program Level to its customer and stakeholders: define acceptance criteria for backlog items on Feature level (Enablers, Features) understand customer needs and validate deliveries. QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Electronics, Computer science, Engineering); Working experience in roles as a facilitator, project manager, Product Owner, technical leader or lead developer; Working experience in eliciting, specifying and documenting functionality and software requirements using different techniques (e.g. use cases, user stories, etc.); Working experience in embedded system; Profiency in English.
