Reporting Analyst in Bucuresti

For our new services and operations center in Romania we are now looking for a motivated team player as Reporting Engineer. With your service-oriented and analytical way of working and your strong sense for quality you support the team in order to reach the set target in the most efficient and professional manner.Main taskProvide reports to allow SLA/Business targets to be achievedFollowing structure of reportsDaily/Weekly/ Monthly reportsRun out of hours reports to support ProjectsControl all reportsRegular customer meetingsUpdate reports design and templates as requestedIdentify anomalies, results or discrepancies in the statistics and reports and escalate these to direct manager or other involved partiesProvide work instruction documents for all new activities/reportsProvide support by reporting statistics in real time for different network eventsRedundant reports automationRequired competenciesExcellent Excel skills using Marcos (VB), Pivot tables, etc.Fluent communication in English (written & verbal)2 years experience of working in the Telecoms industryExperience of producing and delivering customer presentationAccess to customer databaseAbility to work as part of the teamAbility to perform job functions to standards under pressureAbility to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customer and/or situationAbility to provide concise and clear, written and verbal reportsAbility to work independentlyFluent communication in English (written & verbal)2 years experience of working in the Telecoms industryWe offer you to be part of a brand-new office from the beginning and constant development.
