Your day to day:Working to protect the privacy of more than 500 million Vodafone customers and employees, Vodafone Group Privacy team, a function under Vodafone Group Legal, oversees Vodafone’s global Privacy Programme and ensures its implementation within Vodafone Group. Joining us as a Privacy Reporting Specialist, you can be part of our award winning, empowering privacy function, working on cutting edge privacy matters. With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:• Reporting the effectiveness of the privacy controls at policy and operational control levels, across a range of data processing activities, functions and entities; • Creating insightful dashboards/reports for all Vodafone entities in scope to enable and support control performance monitoring, issue and risk management.• Implementing the new or revised regulatory reporting requirements • Identifying and implementing new monitoring approaches, procedures and technologies to respond the ever changing regulatory and technology landscape • Driving standardization and centralisation of reporting practices and ambassador central tools. By being expert user of central solutions and best practices, advising any stakeholder across the footprint on continuously improving their Privacy Programme.• Supporting the training and awareness agenda by development of training materials related to reporting, holding trainings to the privacy community• Supporting the cycle of compliance activities risk based planning, risk and control matrix updates, Quality assurances and deep dive reviews and annual risk report proces• Supporting the Group Privacy team with any other privacy activities as may be required from time to time. With these skills, you are a great candidate: • Excellent handling of PowerBI or other business intelligence reporting tools;• Excellent handling of MS excel and familiar with data mining/management techniques;• Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data and returns with strict timelines• Knowledge in privacy/compliance/internal audit;• Structured, process mind-set and desire for continuous improvement;• Basic understanding of compliance management standards, tools, methodologies and best practices;• Excellent organisation skills, able to handle multiple requests with differing priorities and stakeholders;• Excellent command of English, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication;• Comfortable working in a matrix organisation;• Results oriented, proactive, responsible, pragmatic and ethical person with a passion for privacy and interest in technologies and their societal impact;• Ability to analyse complex information and identify key and relevant points, including communicating in a relevant and easy to understand manner.
