Position: Retention Agent (Capital Markets) Industry: Capital Markets Languages: UK-DE Location: Bucharest (Romania) Job Description: Serve as a primary contact for clients in the capital markets sector, focusing on client retention and satisfaction Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to enhance client retention Utilize in-depth knowledge of capital markets products and services to educate clients and promote retention Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for retention strategies and client engagement initiatives Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to better support client retention efforts Maintain accurate records of client interactions and retention activities Requirements: Fluency in English and/or German and knowledge of additional languages is a plus Prior experience in a client-facing role within the capital markets industry Strong understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client relationship management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment Proficiency in CRM tools and systems Base Salary: 1k - 2k (Depending on experience)
