Your profile
•Successfully completed training as a technical product designer or experience in robot simulation or a university degree in mechanical engineering;
•You have several years work experience as a robot simulation technician ideally from the automotive welding and assembly lines or the automotive (supply) industry;
•You have advanced knowledge in MS Office and Process Simulation;
•You have basic knowledge in Catia V5 and NX;
•You have knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics and valve terminal configuration;
•You have good German and English skills;
•You enjoy occasional business trips.

Your tasks
•You create the tk SY AMWs (Sequence Chart, Fixture Content List, Fixture Overview etc.);
•You check the AMWs from our supplier;
•You create robot and other process simulations in compliance with all project-specific and safety requirements;
•You analyze the process flows (e.g. welding, bonding, handling, etc.), as well as the reachability and accessibility;
•You import and convert data;
•You create and maintain in-project documentation and data;
•You support your team manager/project engineering manager.
