Location : Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site) Languages Required : Romanian (C1) English (B2) Flexible Working Hours : 40 hours per week , 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts in rotational shifts. Monday to Friday : 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Saturday and Sunday : 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local market time zone) Your Typical Day and Key Responsibilities : Assist customers via email, chat, and phone , ensuring a positive and efficient service experience. Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers. Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
