Royal Canin ESE Demand & Supply Planning Manager willEnsure great customer service across SPT, VET, PRO by delivering product availability through excellent planning; working closely with Customers, Sales Teams, Finance Co-pilots to ensure forecast accuracyTo build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders both internal and externally to drive continuous improvement through End2End supply chain planning.To manage the demand & supply planning team, driving customer service through product availability, managing dynamic stock policy to minimize working capitalDeliver an accurate Demand Plan based on historical sales data, SOP+ & Sales team insightBuild collaborative forecasting process with both internal sales teams[Insert list of top 4 key responsibilities for the role]What are we looking for?Note: May differ from the current job holder’s own skills and experience.1. Education & Professional QualificationPreferred qualification: Master/ Post Graduate Degree in Supply Chain or Business administration.Fluency in English, valuable with an additional Cluster language.Valuable with APICS-CPIM / CPF degree or equivalent2.
