Description :Responsibilities:Drive the automation initiatives spanning across task & process automation leveraging Blueprism and Custom Development on C#.Provide technical support and training to fellow team membersBuild / Design a strong technical foundation spanning across automation and related technologies enabling the team to deliver on quality via well-designed and scalable solutionsCultivate and expand the innovation culture to build highly flexible, scalable and versatile productCreate reusable objects and components that can be shared across automation use casesSkills/Experience:3+ years of software development experience primarily in RPA & C# developmentExtensive experience in designing & delivering RPA solutions in the technical environment of BlueprismExperience in building technical components leveraging C#.Familiarity with databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL, etc.The proven ability to write clean, high-quality, scalable code in RPA & C# and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code.An experimental and creative mindset and you relish the opportunity to try new things.Strong communication skills and Experience of working in an Agile team.Exposure and knowledge to technologies such as Bitbucket, Teamcity, Artifactory, Kore.Ai, Camunda BPM, Java and Rest APIs is an added advantage to RPA development using Blue PrismOur values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
