You check the prices in internal tools, you input the orders correct in SAP and you follow up the deliveries from the different vendors.You're in close contact with the West Europe supply Chain team and with the individual project managers. .LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile Experience in using SAP. Experience in working with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). Fluent language skills in English and French Your responsibilities You will support the team from West Europe as you will be responsible of the order and delivery process of materials used in projects and products ordered by customers. In addition your main responsibilities are: Checking the prices in the internal tools. Introducing the orders in SAP. Follow up he deliveries from the different vendors (mainly Siemens AG). Check the arrival time of the products and announce the customers about it. Maintain the relationship between the company and customers on suppy chain side.
