Sales Compensation Analyst-Commissioning -Remote in Ploieşti

Responsibilities: Overseeing and coordinating the commission processing of multiple countries in Geographic regions.Commission payments to In-country payroll-(preparation, validation and submission)Salesforce-work within our CRM tool (Salesforce.com) to extract data, run reports and research opportunities as needed.Commissions Accounting compensationSchedules and moderates monthly/quarterly meetings with in-country finance for commissions sign off.Research and respond to Commissions issues as needed. Ability to interact with all levels of Sales teams. Have the ability to interpret and make judgment calls on compensation plan exceptions. What will make you successful? Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities, including Senior Leadership.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and complete assignments under aggressive time constraints.Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision and have no concerns with being managed remotely.
