Responsible for identifying business opportunities for profitable growth and investment optimization, translating them into strategic and operational initiatives for business growth of specific segments of representatives, sales leaders and zone managers. Proactively analyzing, tracking performance, seeking new business opportunities & solutions for HER
Co-responsible for targets achievement of Source of Sales KPIs
Co-operates with various sub-cluster and regional functions (esp. sales, marketing, RepEx, finance and regional sales development) in developing initiatives which contribute to sales development and profitable growth
Integrates processes and plans for the Adriatics region
Manages budget of Field Activation, Literature and Projects area
Leads a team of direct reports (specialists and business analysts)
Key responsibilities:

We'd love you to have:
- University graduate
- At least 3 years experience on project management or management position
- Possesses strong leadership skills
