MyTeam is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Sales Executive who will play a central role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in Romania. This involves prospecting new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with sports clubs. Your efforts will be crucial in expanding the use of our platform and enhancing our market presence. This role focuses on software sales, conducted primarily over the phone and online via inbound requests as well as outreach efforts. You will be part of a dynamic sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales, working collaboratively to achieve our growth targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Ability to clearly convey information and engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients Self-Motivation: Stay driven and maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy, even during challenging times Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets Strong Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment Responsibilities Explore and contact potential customer either through MyTeam’s lead pipeline or via outreach Communicate with prospective customers to generate interest and explore new opportunities. Use cold calling, personalized emails, and social media messages to engage with decision-makers of various sports clubs. Explain how our platform can solve their daily challenges and optimize their needs, aiming to create interest and uncover potential opportunities for collaboration. Schedule and manage primarily online meetings with potential customers. Once interest is generated, arrange meetings to discuss their needs in detail. Give presentations to demonstrate the benefits of MyTeam. Conduct engaging and informative presentations during these meetings. Use visual aids, such as slides or live demos, to clearly illustrate the features and advantages of our platform. Highlight specific benefits that address the customer’s unique challenges, and answer any questions they may have to help them understand our value proposition. Use our internal CRM software to manage tasks and keep an accurate record of potential sales. Make informed decisions to improve our sales strategy. The CRM also helps in automating follow-ups, storing customer information, and generating reports, ensuring that all interactions with clients are well-documented and easily accessible. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and address potential challenges.
