Job Location: Constanta on-site Role description As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored freight forwarding solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients in freight forwarding (road, air, sea, or multimodal transport). Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and partners. Analyze customer needs and propose customized logistics solutions. Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and carriers. Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry. Strong knowledge of international logistics and supply chain solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus Nice to have Experience in specific sectors such as temperature-controlled logistics, project cargo, or e-commerce logistics.
