Sales Manager SWISSPACER in Cãlãraşi

Contamos com você para Swisspacer, part of the Saint-Gobain group, is a global player offering high added value and supplies a key component for energy-efficient window and façade solutions. It is interested in strengthening its sales activity in the Romanian market and is therefore looking for a colleague with the profile below. The job can be located anywhere in Romania, preferably in major cities. Your responsibilities will include, among others: creation and definition of a market development strategy for SWISSPACER in Southeast Europe;specific strategies development to achieve the goals and objectives of and marketing objectives through combined PUSH and PULL sales activities in Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Turkey, Greece and Bosnia;consultation (collaboration) with window manufacturers regarding technical and added value for their windows;increase of the turnover and market share in the Region;consultation with Window and Facade Associations and participation in specific meetings;close collaboration with the company's development and marketing team;participation in national and international trade fairs, meetings, seminars, conferences or training related to SWISSPACER products. This role is also requiring some additional skills and past experiences:  graduate – sales studies are an advantage;minimum of 3 years experience in sales/marketing, in the field of constructions;knowledge of building materials and the constructions market;managerial, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational and organizational skills;planning; customer-oriented attitude (external and internal customers);good knowledge of English.dynamic personality and openness to sales;ability to work in an international team;ability to organise and plan workload effectively;ability to communicate actively and openly with a cooperative attitude with other team members;ability to take initiative and entrepreneurial spirit;motivated and customer-oriented behaviour;flexibility and willingness to travel up to 60-80% of the time and to participate in international meetings and visits.
