Sales Operational Specialist (Bucharest) in Bucuresti

Location: part of the week (3-2 days) in the Bucharest office, part (2-3 days) remoteThe Job (responsibilities):Support the Sales Team and the Sales Manager in day to day activities including preparation of sales offers & listing forms.Maintain communication between customers and sales as well as other departments (marketing, customer service partners, logistics) inside Stanley Black&DeckerPrepare and analyze forecasts and inventory and provide market analytics and insightsOrganizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectivenessInform Sales Reps for: availability, obsolete products, statuses about customer orders, etc.Inform customers about overdue invoices and inform AR about the feedbacks.Make efforts to resolve customer’s issues or to correct the problem.Sending the related documents to customers: invoices, credit memo, debit notes, etc.Providing to customers information regarding order status and stock availabilityMonthly/Quarterly administration & statisticsThe Person (requirements):Higher education will be an advantage.2-3 years’ relevant experience - from Inside Sales or Sales Support role (FMCG is an advantage)Advanced MS Office skillsKnowledge of business intelligence tools such as SAP BW, and QlikView and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage.Fluent knowledge of English language, spoken & written.Able to withstand deadline pressureTeam & multi-cultural orientationPro-active approachHigh degree of self-motivation and ready to take responsibilityAbility to work from home and officeWe offer:Remote work / home officeRegular working hours (Monday to Friday) with possible flexibility (if candidate requests it)A great place to work, where we have mutual respect and a great appreciation for diversity, equity and inclusion.Competitive benefits package (medical insurance), meal vouchersWork with an international team for a multinational companyJoining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
