team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversitySales Operations Specialist We have an opportunity for a SalesOperations Specialist who will report directly to the Sr. Sales Operations Manager. The role's focus is on deep regional analytics for Europe Sales Organization, reporting activities, forecast data reviews, Pipeline Hygiene and quota management.The role is responsible for preparing and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly rolling revenue forecast, employ solid problem-solving skills, facilitate weekly revenue calls and deal funnel reviews, support revenue objectives and participate in proactive, cross-functional management of inventory investments / assets. Key requirements ·Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly rolling revenue forecast for the Supporting Selling Team ·Drive Standard work and Sales excellence KPI's across the region ·Audit and analyse the Pipeline Hygiene for the region and take appropriate actions with Sales Managers ·Training and coaching for SFDC users, including sales reps, solution architect and business partners if it’s the case to get maximal use of our SFDC system. ·Drive Regional Forecast Analytics/ Sales Out &Run Rate reports and own data review ·Preparation, coordination, execution and timely distribution of various reports to management and regional teams as needed ·Support with regional escalations and Coordinate with the other functions (Supply Chain/ Marketing/ Customer Support) to support and drive the analytical insights and actions for Europe Sales Organization .Key skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Business fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus! Experience in Sales support or similar role +2 years Experience using CRM/SAP and understanding CRM/ERP system business processes a plus Experience in working with Sales Force, Power BI is a big plus High level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Our offer 1 meal ticket for each working day worked (RON 30/meal ticket ->RON 600 for 20 working days) Annual holiday entitlement: 25 days Private Medical Insurance Other benefits in a total value of 195 RON/month, according to company internal regulations.
