We are looking for a Sales Representative for our client in Romania -  Bucharest .  Our partner is the regional market leader in designing and implementing complete, innovative and integrated solutions for all technical protection systems. The Company’s goal is to take care of the protection of life and property for all their customers, in cooperation with their partners, by continuously monitoring, adapting and implementing the latest developments in the Security & Safety Industry. The Company already has a 33 years history and operates in 11 European Countries. We are looking for highly motivated, team-oriented and open-minded colleagues with sales experience. Work model: hybrid from Bucharest Type of collaboration:  CoE Job description: Sell safety and security equipments; Offer optimal security solutions; Develop distribution network (wholesales); Cooperate and be in contact with customers on a daily basis; Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and search for new customers (contacting, presentations, negotiations); Available for field work (approx. 70%); Do research and market analysis; Prepare a sales plan/action and reports related to sales; Provide support to the customers; Be actively involved in marketing and sales projects. It is also important that you meet the following conditions: Previous experience on similar position in Security & Safety business, if not, must have B2B wholesale, hunting experience; Knowledge about video surveillance, intrusion, access control, intercoms and other; University degree in economics or technical field, if not, prior experience in Security and Safety Sales is mandatory; Fluency in English (B2 level); Driving license; Computer knowledge of MS Office and internet; Financial knowledge and analytical capabilities; Availability for business trips (visit business partners); Very good sales, communication, listening, presentation and negotiation skills; High degree of responsibility, persistence, flexibility and proactivity; Affinity to new technologies and ability to execute corporate goals.
