Sales Representative Romania (m/f/d) in Bucuresti

Areas of responsibilities 

  • Sell CYBEX products to our b2b retailers & distributors within the juvenile industry across Romania
  • Manage existing accounts and actively develop the portfolio for new potential leads
  • Establish strong relationships and visit new and/or existing customers locally
  • Assess customer needs & implement individual consultation to adapt on their demands
  • Act as a coach on product trainings for retailers and other customers
  • Monitor and evaluate the market trends and the competitors
  • Refer customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
  • Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Organize customer events and in-house trade fairs in your sales area
  • Merchandise products & POS in Line with VM Guidelines

    • Critical requirements

  • At least 1 or 2 years of professional experience as a Sales Representative or Trainer/ Merchandiser in a similar environment
  • Have a good understanding of premium markets and/or luxury retail businesses and how to promote & sell products 
  • Ideally graduated from a university degree within Business field and/or other
  • Strong English & Romanian language skills both verbal and written 
  • High sense of initiative
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Driven, motivated & dynamic personality 
  • Good MS Office skills 
  • Willingness to travel
